This lock fits any vehicle where the spare wheel is carried under the vehicle or on the back door. (3rd or 5th door). The Spare Wheel lock is water & dust proof. The integrity of the device is further enhanced with a NONE-SPRING-LOADED locking cam, to prevent it from rattling and shaking loose.
This Lock has been installed as a O.E. product for the past six years. The shaft is permanently with supplied hardware (bracket and sheer off bolts). It is mounted on the chassis or a cross beam under the vehicle, or the back door spare wheel mounting bracket where the wheel is normally kept.
